George Gobble serves as Roanoke Valley Cathedral of Praise's Visitation Minister. He also serves as one of the three Family Care Pastors. George was saved in 1975, sanctified and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost in 1977. He has been very active in ministry work since 1977. He has been on two Mission trips, worked in several youth camps and has served in numerous positions in the church.

As the Family Care Pastor, it is his responsibility to provide prayer, support and encouragement, love and concern for the families that are under him. He also works along side of Pastor Miller in visitation and assists in other functions and events that are hosted by the church.

George is an avid NASCAR fan. George has been married to his wife Thelma for 41 years. They have two children and five grandchildren who are the love of their lives.
