Dale and Robyn Taylor serve as Roanoke Valley Cathedral of Praise’s
Children’s Ministers. They both were called to minister to children and have actively worked in the children’s
ministry setting since 1991. Beginning at Bob White Boulevard Church of God, in Pulaski, Va and have been here at Cathedral
of Praise since 1999. They enjoy presenting the Word of God to children through bible lessons, music/drama, object lessons,
and puppetry. It is their desire to keep K.I.D.S. Church exciting and fresh with emphasis on making a difference in
children’s lives. They also have worked with the children teaching on Wednesday nights. They are apart of
our Family Care Ministry, working as encouragers. Robyn is an active member of our sanctuary choir and participates
with the Women’s Ministry.
Dale is a graduate
of Pulaski County High School and New River Community College with an A.A.S. in Electronics Technology and presently works
at Keltec, Inc. in Roanoke. Robyn is a graduate of Pulaski County High School and has finished her certification in
Medical Records Coding with a Certificate as a Certified Professional Coder and currently works for a Gastroenterology practice
in Roanoke. They were married in April 1991, and have been blessed with three sons: Ryan, Ethan, and Hunter. In
April 2008, they were thrilled to add a daughter, Ryan's wife, Shauna.
They currently reside in Bedford, Va. Dale enjoys hunting, fishing, and putting together models. Robyn enjoys
reading, quilting, and doing word searches. They both enjoy watching their children play sports: football and baseball,
camping, and spending time with their family. They enjoy taking the K.I.D.S. Church on outings and spending time with
them. One of the most rewarding things that they received from working with the children at RVCP is the excitement in
a child’s voice as they share what they have learned about Jesus to their friends and families or helping a child to
come to know and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
