Back-to-School Bash
On Saturday, September 8, 2007, the JGYM & K.I.D.S. ministries joined forces and held a Back-to-School Bash. We had grilled hot dogs, chips, cup cakes and an AWESOME time! We had a great time making big splashes, doing belly flops, and trying to see how many we could fit in the kiddie-pool. The red icing made cool clown noses!

Facing the Future
On Sunday, September
9, 2007, the A.L.I.V.E. Ministries sponsored a service remembering
the victims of the tragedy on April 2007 at Va Tech. Speakers included:
· Michael Flora - current student who lost a close friend, Henry Lee
· Jeremy Pohlman - Tech alumni,
· Charles Walters - Crisis Counselor,
· Pat Wright - Va. State Youth Director.
In memory
of those who lost their lives, 32 candles were spontaneously lit as Marshall Miller sang “Praise You in the Storm.”
